ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “457Cake and Co.” เพราะอยากได้คาเฟ่เค้กอร่อยๆ ในลำปาง เราว่าร้านนี้เหมาะมาก โดยเฉพาะสายหวานน้อย/อยากกินของดีแต่ไม่อยากเลี่ยน อย่างแรกที่สะดุดตาคือป้ายสีเขียวของร้านที่เขียนประมาณว่า “Cake made to order - Homemade from the heart” ให้ฟีลโฮมเมดจริงจัง พอเข้าไปด้านในจะเป็นร้านโทนขาวสะอาดตา สไตล์มินิมอล ถ่ายรูปง่ายมาก มุมที่เราชอบคือโซฟาสีขาวกับไฟห้อย และบางช่วงจะมีของตกแต่งตามเทศกาล (วันที่เราไปเจอต้นคริสต์มาสกับชั้นสีเขียว น่ารักมาก) ใครมาคนเดียวก็นั่งชิลได้ หรือจะมานั่งคุยกับเพื่อนแบบไม่วุ่นวายก็โอเค เรื่องเค้ก เราว่าจุดเด่นคือ “เนื้อเค้กแน่นแต่ละมุน” และครีมทำจากเนยแท้ รสจะเข้มข้นแต่ไม่หนักเกินไป แถมหลายเมนูทำหวานน้อย เลยกินได้เรื่อยๆ ไม่ตัดกำลัง เมนูที่แนะนำให้เริ่มคือ Matcha Chiffon Butter Cream Cake เพราะมัทฉะหอมชัด แล้วบัตเตอร์ครีมไม่ได้หวานโดด ที่สนุกคือหน้าลายซิกเนเจอร์จะเปลี่ยนไปตามเดือนด้วย ใครชอบเครปเค้กก็มี Strawberry Crepe Cake ที่ชั้นแป้งบางนุ่มสลับครีม และอีกตัวที่สายคาราเมลน่าจะถูกใจคือ Salted Caramel Banana Crepe Cake หวานเค็มกำลังดี เครื่องดื่มมีทั้งกาแฟ มัทฉะ และ non-coffee (เช่น มิลค์เชค/อิตาเลียนโซดา) เราแนะนำให้เลือกเครื่องดื่มโทนขม/สดชื่นมาจับคู่กับเค้ก จะช่วยบาลานซ์รสได้ดี ข้อมูลที่ควรรู้ก่อนไป: ร้านอยู่เลขที่ 5 ถนนศรีเกิด ต.หัวเวียง อ.เมืองลำปาง ใกล้ที่ว่าการอำเภอเมืองลำปาง และติดร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรืออมร เปิดทุกวัน 11:00–18:00 น. ราคาโดยรวมเริ่มประมาณ 45–85 บาท ถือว่าดีมากเมื่อเทียบกับวัตถุดิบ ทริคเล็กๆ: ถ้าอยากถ่ายรูปแนะนำไปช่วงต้นบ่าย แสงเข้าร้านสวย และถ้าเล็งเมนูซิกเนเจอร์/เค้กบางรส ลองไปไม่ดึกมาก เผื่อหน้าตู้หมดเร็วค่ะ
