Step Into Confidence Through Curiosity
Confidence requires a change in belief systems, but you are not going to force your mind to change. This is why starting with affirmations in the beginning of an identity shift doesn’t work.
Therefore, you must travel a more creative route.
A route that not only opens your mind up to possibilities, but stay open even in the midst of adversity.

As an energy sensitive soul, curiosity is not only the gateway to helping you stand in your authenticity, it’ll help you develop your discernment, and holding space for those who may wear your patience to almost non-existent.
Curiosity helps you discover answers because it forces you to ask questions. It forces you to use your imagination to challenge what it is that you desire in your life.
Curiosity is the candle in the long dark tunnel of life that seems to have no end.
If there was no light, we may not even want to move at all.
But when you’re curious, life has the way of giving you breadcrumbs trailing to the answers that you seek.
As an energy sensitive soul, there may be experiences and explanations that require an open mind. Because what if everything in your life isn’t what it seems.
I know this has been the case for myself. The deeper I journey on my own path, I find that most of my resistances are easily resolved through simply keeping an open mind about what is actually aligned on my highest path.
Because as an energy sensitive soul, we love deep. We see the best in most everyone we meet or do. So, imagining our life outside of this ideal image we imagine requires us to remain curious so that even in the worst of heart breaks we can confidently walk forward without remaining frozen in time.
Curiosity allows us to take risks in this human experience when we have been conditioned to believe we don’t have a place in society.
Because, what if we do matter? What if everything everyone has ever told us is wrong.
And that’s the thing, not only is what we originally believed about ourself probably wrong. We are even better than we imagined. More beautiful and talented than anyone could have ever described.
But the only way to ever truely become confident in this, is leaving the door of curiosity open so that at some point, enough of the pieces will fit where we believe it and then begin to embody it.
