Heres some habits that have greatly improved my mental and physical health!

Here lately I’ve been trying to get back into a healthy life style before the start of school. Summertime depression is real and it can be very hard to get out of bed and start the day.

By simply getting up, brushing my hair/teeth and getting ready for no reason, I’ve already made a positive impact on my day.

It’s not easy, but YOU are capable of getting up and treating yourself! You’re the only person that will always be there for you, so treat yourself how you would like to be treated by others💐🫶🏻

I hope these recommendations help! It’s okay to not be 100% everyday, cause who is? What matters is that you’re valuing yourself! Once you start, the healthy habits will just be normal one day! Keep going and enjoy your days since you never know when the Lord will call you home. God bless🩷☀️
