No jumping HIIT: apt friendly

To burn max fat with HIIT, go all out during work intervals, think 85–95% effort. Keep rest short but active. Alternate intense bursts (like sprints or jump squats) with recovery. Aim for 20–30 minutes, 3–4 times a week. Stay consistent, push hard, and watch the fat melt off. #lemon8partner #h
