Letter to all women🫶
You are strong, bold and unapologetic. Smart, worthy and beautiful in your own way. Your voice is not one to be silenced and your power is a force to be reckoned with.
Never (ever!) doubt who you are and what you’re capable of. Don’t let anyone stand in the way of your dreams, not even yourself.
Embrace every single part of you, even those parts you struggle to love. Yes, I’m talking about cellulite, stretch marks, double chins, wrinkles and pimples – we all have them. Please see beyond that, there is no one type of (perfect) woman as we’re made to believe. Weigh yourself by your actions, not by a number on a scale; measure your achievements, not the size of your waist. Appreciate other women’s beauty and talent without questioning your own.
In today's world, the narrative surrounding beauty and self-worth is constantly evolving. Women are encouraged to break free from traditional standards that often dictate their self-image. The message of empowerment is clear: each woman is unique and should celebrate her individuality. Embracing imperfections like stretch marks or wrinkles is a powerful statement against societal pressures. To truly understand self-worth, it's essential to focus on personal strengths and achievements rather than external appearances. This includes building supportive networks with other women, which fosters a culture of appreciation rather than comparison. Such connections can enhance mental well-being and encourage personal growth. Remember, you are solid gold, possessing intrinsic value that parallels your actions and contributions to the world around you. By supporting one another and standing proud, we can shift the conversation toward acceptance and self-love. Embrace your journey and remember that you are not alone in this path of self-discovery.
