Habit Stacking ✨ Mind and Body Power 🤗

Today I had NO MOTIVATION to workout. I had a hard morning and a late start to my day. I figured I would start reading an uplifting audiobook to improve my mood. You Owe You x Eric Thomas was the book I decided on. So I’m sitting there listening, then it dawned on me… You could do this while you workout instead of sitting here. So that drove me to get up and workout before pressing play again.

I read Atomic Habits x James Clear last year and I revisit it often. That is where I first learned the term Habit Stacking. Associating reading with a specific time or place can also help reinforce the habit.

Now here we are… AT THE GYM 😂
