Hiking Through Mount Rainier NP

On my trek through Rainier National Park, I saw 2 bears at camp, 🐻 a herd of mountain goat while climbing Skyscraper Peak, 🐐 a banana slug, alpine fish, 🐟 and deer. 🦌

I also ran into several other backpackers, 🥾, a park ranger who told me all about the park, friendly older locals, 👵🏼 a guy that just disappeared in front of me on the trail, 🛸 and an entirely new perspective on life.

📍Native land of the Cowlitz, Muckleshoot, Nisqually, Puyallup, Squaxin Island, Yakama, and other Coast Salish people, who have stewarded the land for over 10,000 years
