Frozen shoulder sucks
Anyone else get a frozen shoulder, ie adhesive capsulitis? It sucks for sure but physical therapy is helping and cupping helps too. Next session they will do dry needling. Anyone do dry needling? Benefits?Parker

The PT is helping. I’ve been going to PT for about 2 months and my range of motion is improving and the pain is decreasing.
I have frozen shoulder and I tried a chiropractor and it helped a little but not enough to really matter. My Dr was recommending physical therapy. How long have you been doing the therapy and the cupping? Is it working at all? Not sure what the needling is?
