I found motivation by setting realistic goals and tracking progress. Surrounding myself with supportive communities in Melbourne and Craigieburn helped me stay accountable. Remember, results may vary for everyone, but the key is to start and keep going. If you're thinking about beginning your fat-to-fit journey, my advice is to ask for help when needed and focus on steady progress rather than quick fixes. This journey has transformed my mindset and lifestyle, and I’m excited to continue improving my health and wellbeing here in Australia.
