Going from 80kg to 57kg wasn’t just about looking better, it was about feeling energized and healthier. Alongside workouts, mindful eating and staying hydrated played a crucial role. I also sought guidance from a coach to tailor exercises to my needs, which made workouts more effective and sustainable. If you’re struggling with weight loss, standing workouts could be a great place to start. They're less intimidating and easy to integrate into daily life. Remember, transformation is a journey that requires patience, consistency, and self-love. Don’t hesitate to ask for support or advice, as sharing your goals can boost accountability and encouragement. Embracing an active lifestyle and making gradual changes can lead to long-lasting health improvements, just like it did for me.
