I started focusing on nutrition when my baby was just 3 months old and I was a fully breastfeeding mom. At that time, I was struggling with low energy, health issues, dark spots, pigmentation, and thyroid problems.
Then I decided to do something for myself. With the help of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, I lost 23 kg and have maintained it for the last 4 years 🙏🏽✨
Not only my weight, but my energy, skin, and overall health improved too. Today my thyroid is stable, and I feel active, healthy, and confident.
If I can do it as a mom of two, you can do it too 💪🏽❤️
Now I’m helping so many ladies improve their health from home.

From my experience, focusing on balanced nutrition instead of restrictive diets made all the difference. I incorporated nutrient-dense foods that supported both my milk supply and metabolism, such as lean proteins, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
Managing thyroid issues alongside weight loss added complexity, but consistent medical monitoring and nutrition helped stabilize my condition. I avoided fad diets and instead opted for sustainable habits like regular hydration, mindful eating, and incorporating gentle physical activity when possible.
Addressing skin concerns such as pigmentation and dark spots was another challenge. Along with improving internal health through diet, I made skin care a priority by staying hydrated, protecting my skin from excessive sun exposure, and using gentle, nourishing skincare products.
One important lesson I learned is that postpartum bodies need patience and kindness. There’s no need to rush or compare your progress to others. Celebrate small victories like increased energy and improved skin texture, not just the numbers on a scale.
For anyone feeling stuck balancing motherhood, breastfeeding, and self-care, remember that prioritizing your health empowers you to be the best version of yourself for your family. Small, consistent changes create lasting impact. And support, whether from a community or a coach, can boost motivation and confidence throughout the journey.
