I quickly realized that adopting a full body workout routine was key to losing weight and building strength efficiently. Unlike workouts that focus on a single muscle group, full body exercises engage several muscles simultaneously, leading to better calorie burn and overall fitness. Equally important was changing my diet. Eating healthy, balanced meals provided the energy I needed for workouts and helped control cravings. For example, including lean proteins, fresh vegetables, and whole grains helped keep me full longer and supported muscle recovery. One of the most motivating parts of this journey was seeing tangible results. Losing 23 kg didn’t happen overnight but was achievable with persistence and consistency. Tracking progress, such as weighing myself regularly and taking measurements, helped me stay motivated. Also, having a coach or supportive community can provide guidance and encouragement. If you’re considering a similar lifestyle change, focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. Think of exercises that can be done anywhere, use your body weight, or include simple equipment. Remember, a good diet is must for best results—they go hand in hand. This approach helped me immensely and can help you too, whether you’re just starting or looking to improve your current routine.
