Weekly Meal Prep Overview 🍱✨

Meal prepping has seriously changed my life. I’ve been doing a full Sunday prep for over a year now and it sets both me and my boyfriend up so well for the week. Between his grad school + internship schedule and my full-time catering/event schedule, our weekdays are busy, so having meals ready to go makes everything feel easier.

I prep Monday through Friday and usually do:

• 1 breakfast

• 2 lunch options

& 2 dinners that we cook fresh at night 🤍

It keeps things interesting without being overwhelming.

This week’s menu:
