Mocha Smoothie
One of my favourite breakfast smoothies, it’s high in protein and delicious!
To Make 2 Serves:
1 cup Milk nonfat skim or fat free
2/3 cup Greek yoghurt vanilla nonfat
1 medium, about 7" long Banana, frozen
unsweetened
2 tsp dry Coffee regular instant powder
1 tbsp Cocoa powder dry unsweetened
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder, low
carb
1 cup Ice
1. Place milk, yogurt, frozen banana, instant coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla whey protein powder, and ice in a blender. Blend on high
until smooth.
2. Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
