Maintaining consistency is crucial for achieving weight loss goals. In my journey, which started on February 10th, 2025, I aimed to lose weight consistently and I am proud to report a loss of 19 pounds in just 51 days! This journey has taught me the importance of setting realistic goals and keeping track of progress. It's essential to understand one’s body and monitor health indicators like BMI and weight. Knowing my starting weight of 222.9 lbs and the current weight of 203.7 lbs has motivated me to keep pushing forward. Sharing my progress on platforms like CapCut has also kept me accountable and allowed me to connect with others on similar journeys.
