Yes! they can. It does vary on brand and type of vegetable but many that come Frozen works just as good as fresh. If you're buying fresh veggies and they go bad before you eat them, try the frozen ones instead. Especially for meal prep if you change your mind about a meal you want to make well its ok now cause those vegetables are frozen. Its a case by case basis, sometimes buying frozen is the best bang for your buck. With sales and coupons these vegetables came out to $3.84.

Cooking with frozen vegetables has also simplified my meal routine. I appreciate the flexibility; if I change plans, the frozen veggies stay good in the freezer, unlike fresh ones which might go to waste. They’re perfect steamed or added directly to stir-fries, soups, and casseroles. Technological advances, such as steam-in-bag options for frozen greens and peas, also enhance their flavor and texture, making mealtime easier and healthier. In conclusion, frozen vegetables can definitely be just as good as fresh in flavor, nutrition, and convenience.
