Cooking Therapy: picky eater conquered!
My toddler did not want solids when he was an infant. He tried solids for about a few weeks and then ultimately decided he only wanted milk. Milk, milk, milk! and no solids. We asked his doctor what we could do and she said just keep trying and keep introducing food to him. So one day I made the heart shaped waffles and decided to give him just one. He held it in his hand and actually tried it! That gave me such relief 😮💨. Even though it was only one bite, this meant that he's willing to try more. Now fast forward a year later and hes a bottomless pit 😭😂 eating and trying new things at his own pace. It just takes time. So if your dealing with a picky toddler don't give up, they'll figure out what they like at their own pace. Just be there to guide them💚
