White bean and sausage pasta
Throw some beans in that sauce! Pinto beans and Garbonzo beans to be exact. Cook them down with the parmesean, oregano, garlic, pepper, a bit of milk, and just enough pasta sauce to give it some color. I didn't have pasta sauce at the time so I had to improvise and use pizza sauce. Which wasn't too bad, it resembled refried beans a little bit but the pizza sauce, sausage, and other seasonings gave it a whole new flavor and texture. Once you cook the beans down you'll need to blend them up to get that saucy texture, as you blend slowly add the milk untill its to your desired texture. Serve on a plate of pasta and give it a dusting of parmesean. Enjoy!
