Finally tasting the fruit shaped ice-cream plus fried chicken bonus
Ive been seeing these crunchy ice-cream desserts all over tiktok and we actually found them at our local Albertsons! On sale for $10.99 down from $11.99. Not much of a sale but id say the ice-cream is worth the price. You're getting an experience as well as tasty ice-cream. Each flavor matched the fruit, except the fried chicken. That was plain vanilla ice-cream with the tiniest chocolate bone. The mango ice-cream tasted the best, very creamy with a nice amount of mango flavoring. Not too sweet, and velvety. The peach also had a nice velvety flavor, the perfect amount of peach. The strawberry was decent, it almost resembled strawberry shortcake. The texture wasn't as velvety as the other 2. Overall im glad i got to try these for my self. Id probably get the mango or the peach again if i was really craving it.
I've tried a variety of novelty ice creams before, but these fruit-shaped crunchy ice creams really stand out because of their creative presentation and distinct flavor profiles. The mango ice cream stood out to me with its rich, creamy texture and authentic mango taste that wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. I could tell real fruit essence was used, which made it delightfully refreshing. The peach ice cream also impressed me with its velvety smoothness and just the right balance of sweetness. It reminded me of biting into a perfectly ripe peach during summer. Though the strawberry flavor was less velvety than the others, it had a nostalgic vibe, reminiscent of strawberry shortcake, which could appeal to those who enjoy that classic dessert taste. The highlight of this collection was definitely the fried chicken ice cream, which is actually plain vanilla but garnished with a tiny chocolate bone. It's an unusual concept that sparks curiosity and makes for a fun conversation starter at gatherings. The idea of combining savory themes with sweet ice cream is trending on platforms like TikTok, and this product reflects that playful innovation well. Purchasing these at Albertsons for $10.99 felt reasonable given the unique experience they offer. While the sale wasn't steep, the joy of tasting something new made it worthwhile. For anyone eager to try interesting flavors beyond traditional options, these ice creams are worth seeking out. I’d recommend starting with the mango or peach flavors if you prefer fruity and creamy sensations, but don’t skip the fried chicken vanilla if you enjoy novelty food experiences. Overall, this tasting journey felt more like an experience than just eating ice cream. It’s fantastic when food combines quality flavor with creativity. If you enjoy exploring trending snacks or unique desserts, these iced treats offer a delightful and shareable adventure.
