These are all my own opinion so don’t hate me 😁 1) you can train your hair: I genuinely don’t think I’ve had someone sit in my chair after not washing their hair for 5 days and I “couldn’t tell”. It doesn’t hurt your hair to wash it every other day. It doesn’t make your hair better to not, just WA
