Today I spent the day showing condos to overseas buyers.
Interestingly, the area they were most excited about was Bangna.
A few years ago, many foreign investors focused mainly on central Sukhumvit.
But today, buyers are starting to look at areas with strong future development potential.
And Bangna is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about districts in Bangkok.
Why?
Because this area is evolving rapidly.
New infrastructure.
Large mixed-use developments.
Better connectivity.
Growing international communities.
And most importantly:
The upcoming Bangkok Mall project is expected to become one of the largest shopping and lifestyle destinations in the region.
Many investors believe this project will completely transform the area over the next few years.
What I’ve learned from working with overseas buyers is this:
People are not only looking for a condo.
They are looking for the future of the area.
And right now, many investors believe Bangna has one of the strongest long-term growth stories in Bangkok.
