this is a bit different from my usual content, but i hope it reaches anyone who needs to see it. its good to hear that you're doing well, even if you're confident in yourself and know what path you're on; let it be a reminder that you are enough. you're doing perfect even if all you did was wake up today. you survived another day and in this economy, that's seriously something to be proud of.

remember that your body works tirelessly to help you even if you feel as if you can't help yourself — your body is breathing for you, it's pumping blood for you, and it's blinking for you. if your body can put that effort for you; help it out and just drink some water, maybe walk outside for a few minutes, eat a hearty meal. i believe in you and i am SO proud of everything you have accomplished and WILL continue to accomplish. my dms are open for anyone who needs an ear. i will listen to you and i won't judge you — it's no ones place to do so.
