Here’s my Saturday Breakfast - the weekend before my last semester before I get my associates in kinesiology 😊🧠💀#healthyfoodideas

These set up is quick and easy. When I am super tired 🥱 I will just make a solid bowl of oatmeal and some coffee and some eggs / egg whites with some Tony’s chachares seasoning and salsa.

Oatmeal 🥣

- microwaved or stove cooked oats steel cut oats with water or oat milk, but I didn’t have any milk this morning.

- then some fresh blueberries #shoplocal

- drizzled #apiterra raw honey which is so good and I bought at #groveryoutlet - I am in the U.S

Coffee

- BlackRifle Vanilla Bomb used with a Keurig in a reusable stainless steel coffee cup.

- Almond Malk (good stuff) vanilla creamer

- Fav Mug 🦡 🪄

For coffee, I use Black Rifle Coffee Company's Vanilla Bomb pods with my Keurig, combined with almond milk vanilla creamer. This combo keeps my coffee flavorful yet dairy-free, complementing the breakfast perfectly. I highly recommend having eggs or egg whites seasoned with Tony’s Chachare seasoning and salsa as a protein-rich side; it makes the meal more fulfilling without lengthy prep time. Having a favorite mug also adds a comforting touch to your morning ritual. This breakfast duo offers a balanced mix of complex carbs, protein, and good fats, ideal for anyone juggling studies or busy schedules.
