YMCA gym
This was my first attempt. I know I got work to do. My feet are all over the place and I need to step with my punches. Overall I just had fun doing it. I was with some friends for more motivation. If you struggle to do it by yourself, go with some friends or invite them. I've been working out since 2023 when the ball dropped. I've been on this path alone and so far I have stuck with it and seen great progress.I am super thankful for being loyal to it and staying focused and committed. Hell if I can come out of a past of nothing but trouble and turn my life around SO CAN YOU! ✊🏻🙏🏻💪🏼😎
