These are my favorite budget friendly products🤍

These products are great if you’re on a budget and also don’t like to wear too much makeup! I personally don’t wear foundation so these are really the only products I use. I will give a step by step of how I do it!

✨I start with skin care, it is so important to prep your skin and moisturize accordingly.

✨secondly I prime my skin. I pat my primer in bc I find it looks better overall when you pat instead of smear.

✨I then go in with the ELF halo glow on my cheekbones, and in my t zone to add some extra glow.

✨after blending the halo glow I put the smallest bit of concealer under my eyes, over blemishes, and highlight my nose.

✨after blending all that in I set my under eyes & jawline with the Maybelline fit me loose powder.

✨ once the powder is on and setting I apply my bronzer to my lower cheekbones, temples of my forehead, nose and under my jawline.

✨next is blush and I just put blush on my upper cheekbones and a little on my nose.

✨Lastly I line my lips and use a lip oil/ gloss and set my face with setting spray!

(I also spray setting spray in between every makeup step to ensure the longevity of my makeup throughout the day)

... Read moreSo, you've seen my super easy, budget-friendly routine for a natural glow. But what if you want to dive deeper into making your minimal makeup last, or choose the best affordable products? I've got you covered with some extra tips and tricks! First off, why embrace minimal makeup? For me, it’s all about letting my skin breathe while still enhancing my features. It’s quicker, feels lighter, and honestly, a well-executed minimal look often gets more compliments because it highlights your natural beauty. Plus, it’s a saving grace for your wallet! When it comes to choosing budget-friendly gems, don't underestimate drugstore brands. They've come so far in terms of quality! My personal faves often include brands like ELF (hello, liquid glow filter!), Maybelline, NYX, and Milani. Always check reviews before you buy, and look out for sales – you can snag amazing deals. Skincare First, Always! I can't stress this enough. A good moisturizer and sunscreen are non-negotiable. This preps your canvas, making your makeup glide on smoother and look better. If your skin is happy, your makeup will be too, and it’s the best foundation (pun intended!) for any look. Now, let's talk primer power-up. It's not just for smoothing! A good primer can hydrate, blur pores, or even add luminosity, making your makeup last longer and look more flawless. I love a gripping primer on my T-zone for extra staying power, while a hydrating one works wonders for dry patches. Mastering concealer is key when you're skipping foundation. For under-eyes, a shade with a slightly peachy undertone can magically counteract darkness. For blemishes, match your skin tone exactly. Patting it in gently with a finger or a small, dense brush makes a huge difference, ensuring it blends seamlessly without looking cakey. The magic of loose finishing powder is not just for under your eyes! A light dusting on your T-zone can prevent shine throughout the day, especially if you're skipping foundation. Just remember, a little goes a long way to avoid a heavy look. I also like to press it into my smile lines to prevent creasing. For bronzer and blush placement, my routine gives a great guide. For an extra lifted look, try applying blush slightly higher on your cheekbones, blending up towards your temples. For bronzer, think 'where the sun naturally hits': forehead, cheekbones, jawline, and a tiny swipe on the nose for a sun-kissed effect. And for lip love, a good lip liner is a game-changer. It defines your pout and prevents your lip oil or gloss from bleeding. I adore clear lip oils for a juicy, natural finish, but tinted ones are amazing for a subtle pop of color without needing lipstick. It's all about that hydrated, plump look! Finally, my setting spray secrets! You already know I spray it between steps – it's a game-changer for longevity and making everything melt together seamlessly. Another pro tip: use it to dampen your brush before applying shimmery eyeshadows for a more intense pigment and to prevent fallout. It’s truly versatile! Beyond the basics, consider adding a good mascara to elevate any look, and a clear brow gel to define and hold your brows in place for a polished finish. Experiment! Makeup should be fun, and you absolutely don't need to spend a fortune to look and feel amazing.
