... Read moreHey everyone! You saw my quick win – 13 lbs gained in just one month, going from 130 to a solid 143 lbs! It felt incredible to finally break through that plateau I'd been stuck at since high school. If you're wondering how to achieve a healthy weight gain transformation and see results fast, trust me, it's totally possible with dedication and the right strategy. For me, it all started with my plate, literally! I made sure to kickstart my metabolism every morning with a substantial breakfast. Think beyond just toast – I'm talking about a hearty meal like those delicious waffles with berries, scrambled eggs packed with protein, and some savory sausage. Eating soon after waking up truly makes a difference in fueling your body for the day ahead and setting a positive tone for your calorie intake. Snacking smartly was another game-changer. I used to grab whatever was convenient, but now I focus on high-protein options. That honey roast turkey breast with Colby Jack cheese and wheat crackers became my go-to! It's super easy to prepare and gives you a solid 14 grams of protein, which is perfect for muscle repair and growth. Other favorites included Greek yogurt with nuts, apple slices with peanut butter, or a handful of almonds. The key is to keep those healthy calories coming in throughout the day. And let's talk about protein intake – it's crucial! A general rule I followed was consuming protein equal to or even more than my body weight in grams daily. This might sound like a lot, but incorporating protein shakes, like the one in my Kolarac bottle, made it much more manageable. I'd blend mine with some fruit and almond milk for an extra calorie boost. Don't underestimate the power of protein in building and maintaining muscle, especially when you're aiming for a healthy gain. Of course, alongside nutrition, consistent workouts were non-negotiable. I focused on strength training, embracing compound movements that work multiple muscle groups. Lifting weights not only helped me build muscle but also boosted my appetite, making it easier to consume the necessary calories. Remember, gaining weight isn't just about eating more; it's about eating right and pairing it with effective resistance training to ensure those gains are lean muscle, not just fat. It's about 'locking in,' as I mentioned in my original post. That means committing to your fitness goals, even when motivation wanes. Whether you're aiming for a "1 month gym transformation" or just starting your "weight gain journey," the most important step is to begin. Don't wait for the New Year; you can start your healthy weight gain progression today. Get up, sis, and let's make those gains happen!

So how do you go about tracking your protein/calorie intake? I use the app called Macros. Also, how do you deal with bloating and feel so full after every meal? I just started eating and working out but I feel like I’m stuffing my body too much that’s causing me to bloat and use the rest room a lot.
