I decided to take it on because I felt a need to reset my daily routines and truly commit to some foundational habits that I knew would improve my overall well-being. It's not about perfection, but about consistent effort and showing up for myself every single day for 75 days. One of the core rules for me is to Read 10 pages of a book daily. I've found that dedicating this time, usually first thing in the morning or just before bed, helps me disconnect from screens and engage my mind in a productive way. I usually pick non-fiction books focused on personal growth or learning, which feels so much more enriching than endless scrolling. Speaking of screens, another crucial habit I've adopted is No scrolling social media within the first hour of waking up and No phone after 10 pm on work days. This has been a game-changer for my mental clarity and sleep quality. My mornings feel calmer and more intentional, and my evenings are more relaxing, leading to better rest. Physical health is a big component, so I commit to 5 workouts a week. This doesn't always mean intense gym sessions; sometimes it's a long walk, a yoga flow, or a home workout. The goal is consistent movement. Staying hydrated is also key, so I aim for 100 oz of water daily. I keep a large water bottle with me and set reminders throughout the day to ensure I hit this target. It truly makes a difference to my energy levels and skin. Prioritizing sleep has also become non-negotiable, targeting 7 hours of sleep every night. I've created a wind-down routine to help with this. Beyond that, I Track drink and food intake to stay mindful of what I'm fueling my body with, and I make sure to get 30g of protein with each meal to keep me feeling full and energized. Combining this with 10k steps daily ensures I'm moving consistently, whether it's through walks during breaks or finding ways to be more active throughout my day. Finally, incorporating Morning and evening prayer adds a spiritual and reflective element to my day, helping me stay grounded and focused on my intentions. This challenge isn't easy, and there are days when motivation wanes. However, the cumulative effect of these small, consistent actions is truly transformative. I've noticed increased energy, better focus, improved sleep, and a greater sense of accomplishment. It's about building resilience and proving to myself that I can commit to my goals. If you're looking for a way to reset and build powerful daily habits, I highly recommend finding your own version of the 75 Medium Challenge. It’s a journey towards a better, more disciplined you.
