What Supplements do you take?

I'm currently taking a women's multi vitamin,

Legendairy Milk Sunflower Lecithin, &

Nutricost Colostrum

Sunflower Lecithin helps with clogged ducts and milk flow, i take it everyday to prevent clogs.

Colostrum is new to me i've been taking it for a week and have noticed that my slacker side is catching up !

What supplements do you take or do you not take any at all? I was super worried at the beginning about relying on supplements for my supply until i had a dip.

One of the leading choices is Sunflower Lecithin. This supplement is well-regarded for its ability to help with clogged ducts and enhance milk flow, an essential consideration for breastfeeding mothers. Taking Sunflower Lecithin daily can minimize concerns about blockages and ensure a smoother lactation process. Another valuable supplement is Colostrum which is increasingly recognized for its immune-boosting properties and nutritional benefits for both mother and baby. Many women report improvements in their milk supply after introducing Colostrum into their routines. If you've just started taking it, you may be pleased to discover its potential effects within just a week. Do remember that each individual’s body reacts differently to supplements, so monitoring your health and discussing changes with a healthcare provider is advisable. As you explore different supplement routines, don't hesitate to engage with communities focused on milk supply support. Sharing insights and experiences can offer additional guidance and reassurance.
