From my experience incorporating this full-body circuit into my routine, focusing on form and controlled movements truly makes a difference in building strength and preventing injuries. The combination of front and lateral raises effectively targets shoulder muscles, improving stability and posture. Adding DB swings with calf raises boosts both hip engagement and calf strength, which is great for overall lower-body power. I especially found that maintaining a tight core throughout the sumo squats and deadlifts helped me stay grounded and reduced lower back discomfort. Hammer step jacks add a cardio element that keeps the heart rate up while still emphasizing strength training. You can customize the weight to suit your fitness level, ensuring you challenge yourself without compromising technique. Remember to focus on steady breathing and controlled reps rather than rushing through the sets. Consistency and discipline with this routine can lead to noticeable strength gains and improved movement quality over time. This workout is versatile for at-home or gym sessions and suits all skill levels aiming for full-body conditioning and strength development.

Why didn't you start off with a lighter poundage? I thought your arms are suppose to be straight. You go girl with your bad self! I started using weights too, but a bit lighter, then I'll progress up. Thanks for the inspiration!!
