Rice Paper Hack

This cheung fun(腸粉) hack was so easy, you can essentially put any cooked toppings in the rice paper (mushroom, pork, steak, shrimp, and etc…) roll it up and steam for 5 mins!😋😋

I used shrimp and cilantro for this and it was delicious!!🦐🌱

For the sauce:

*1T light soy sauce

*1t dark soy sauce

*2t sugar

*1t hot oil

*2T water

*(OPTIONAL)- drizzle chili oil/crisp on top

The texture isn’t soft and silky like the actual cheung fun. It comes out pretty chewy, but not bad!! It’s also super fast and affordable to make! 😜
