Easy Radish Kimchi Recipe🇰🇷🥬🌶️
Kimchi but with radish, I love how it has a crunch! This is my quick and easy recipeI love using what I have at home!😋
✎Ingredients:
*1 medium radish (daikon)
*1-2 tbsp salt
*1/2 apple
*1/2 onion
*5-7 garlic cloves
*fish sauce
*sugar
*Korean chili flakes
*optional- green onions and carrots
Directions:
1. Cut radish into bite size pieces
2. Add salt and let it draw out liquid (wait 30 mins)
3. Rinse with cold water
4. Blend apple, onion, and garlic with a bit of water
5. Add the blended ingredients to the daikon with Korean chili flakes and mix
6. Add 1 tbsp fish sauce and 2 tbsp sugar and mix (taste test and adjust if needed)
7. Add green onions and carrots and mix
8. Store in an air tight container for 5 days in the fridge
If you can’t wait that long, you can honestly eat this the next day and it’ll still taste good!🤭🤭
