This recipe is so easy to make and only takes 10 mins! You can find sushi grade salmon at your local Japanese grocery store or H-mart!š
ā Ingredients:
*1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
*10-12 piece sushi grade salmon (thin cut)
*salt to taste
*1 jalapeƱo (thinly sliced)
*1/2 lemon
*pickled red onions
*capers
*dill
Directions:
1. Pour 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Robust) on a plate
2. Add thin slices of sushi grade salmon on top of the oil
3. Squeeze half a lemon all around (lemon will cure the salmon slightly, so you can also add the lemon last if you like)
4. Lightly sprinkle salt on top of salmon and
5. Garnish with jalapeƱos, capers, pickled red onions, and dill
