White Chocolate Toffee Bars — indulgent, buttery

Creamy white chocolate meets crunchy toffee in these irresistible bars. A perfect dessert for when you want extra sweet.

Ingredients

1 pkg (225 g) white chocolate chips

1 cup flaked sweetened coconut

½ cup sliced almonds, toasted

1 pkg (200 g) toffee bits (divided)

2 cups graham crumbs

¾ cup butter, melted

1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Line a 9″×13″ (3 L) baking dish with parchment or foil for easy removal.

2. Combine the graham crumbs and half the toffee bits with the melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb/toffee base.

4. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips, coconut, almonds, and remaining toffee bits evenly on top. Press down gently.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden.

6. Let bars cool thoroughly (ideally overnight) until fully set. Then cut into bars and serve.
