Heading to Mandai Rainforest?
Right at the end of the Mandai Rainforest exit stands Cavern Restaurant, a subsidiary of Tung Lok Group.
It is beautifully decorated to mimick a cave candlelit dining experience, but beyond that we were so impressed by the food!
If you’re going with 2 other pax, I highly recommend ordering their HUNTER’S PLATE
-it comprises a delightful assortment of grilled prawns, sous vide chicken, ribs, beef. Paired with a beautiful batch of cherry tomatoes and rucola leaves.
-we were so mildly impressed by how well the prawns were grilled! Also, the chicken and ribs meat which just came of the bones SO EASILY, and beautifully tender.
This is a HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and if you are heading down with you partner or family, would be a great dining experience! ✨🔥
