Spicy Italian sausage chowder 🫶✨

Probably this is already a recipe but I had Parmesan I needed to use so… here’s what I did with it.

Ingredients:

🧀 Parmesan

🧀 Heavy cream

🧀 Hot Italian sausage

🧀 Onion

🧀 Garlic

🧀 Spinach

🧀 Red chili flakes

🧀 Potatoes

I winged it, like I always do. Made a slurry with corn starch to thicken it up. Personally, the Italian sausage I got wasn’t hot enough so that’s the reason for the chili flakes but if you don’t like spicy you can always use mild!! Same with the cream, substitute what you need for you! Like I always say… tweak it how you like it! Make it your own!
