Garlic all garlic is my one and only vice lol. I’d use it as an air freshener if my family would let me! The more the better! It’s not for everyone tho BUT!! It has so many health benefits AND black garlic is a milder version and slightly sweet with the consistency of a decadent chocolate. It’s so versatile I’m make some horror themed recipes and using a lot of this lately. New obsession lol. This is the one we got it was 6$ and obviously use as much or little as you like.

... Read moreAs someone who’s recently ventured into the world of black garlic, I can confidently say it’s a game-changer in both flavor and health benefits. Unlike raw garlic, black garlic undergoes a fermentation process that transforms it into a sweet, almost caramel-like ingredient with the texture of soft chocolate. This makes it super easy to incorporate into a variety of dishes, even for those who typically dislike the strong pungent taste of raw garlic. One of my favorite ways to enjoy black garlic is by adding it to sauces, dressings, and even desserts for an unexpected depth of flavor. Beyond taste, I love knowing that consuming black garlic helps me get a rich dose of antioxidants, which play a crucial role in fighting oxidative stress and supporting overall cell health. It’s also been shown to promote heart health by improving cholesterol levels and reducing blood pressure. What really sold me, though, is how black garlic can assist in regulating blood sugar levels, which is a key factor in managing diabetes and preventing spikes or crashes in energy. Additionally, its anti-inflammatory properties make it an excellent natural option for easing inflammation, and its immune-supporting qualities are a bonus especially during cold seasons. The reduced odor is a huge plus; unlike regular garlic, you don’t have to worry about the lingering smell on your breath or around the house. Plus, it’s easier on digestion, making it accessible to those with sensitive stomachs. When buying black garlic, I prefer organic options like the USDA organic organic garlic black heat-aged superfood, which ensures quality and purity. While a bit pricier, the health and culinary benefits make it worth every dollar. Experimenting with black garlic has truly become a new obsession of mine, and I think anyone looking to boost their health with delicious flavors would really enjoy it too.

Born and raised in Louisiana so we literally bleed garlic down here 😂 but in all of my southern years I have never came across this! It’s going on my grocery list like yesterday. Thanks for sharing ❤️
