visited this cozy cafe and was a littleeee disappointed as most of their popular dishes were unavailable. but!!! i tried their tempura prawn with tobiko from their chazuke collection and it was really good!! plus their strawberry oolong tea was very refreshing 🤩😋

if you’re thinking of visiting, it might be best to check in on their menu before you head down!!

... Read moreDuring my visits to A Beautiful Day Cafe at Paya Lebar, I’ve found it to be a charming spot especially for those looking to enjoy a quiet and cozy meal. While some popular dishes might occasionally be unavailable, I highly recommend trying their tempura ebi chazuke—this dish combines lightly battered prawn tempura with the unique texture of tobiko, served over comforting rice and broth, making it a flavorful and satisfying choice. Apart from food, the strawberry oolong tea stood out as a wonderfully refreshing drink. It balances the floral notes of oolong tea with a subtle sweetness from the strawberry infusion, making it perfect to cleanse your palate or accompany your meal without overpowering the taste of the dishes. Something to keep in mind is that the cafe's menu can change, and availability might vary day by day. It’s a good idea to check their latest offerings online or via a quick call before heading there to avoid disappointment. Also, for those with dietary preferences or restrictions, please note that the cafe is not halal-certified. Beyond food, the atmosphere at A Beautiful Day Cafe feels intimate and relaxing, ideal for casual meetups or a peaceful solo outing. The interior’s minimalistic decor and soft lighting create a pleasant environment to unwind. If you’re exploring the Paya Lebar area, it’s definitely worth stopping by for a light meal or tea break. Lastly, for food lovers in Singapore looking for unique fusion dishes, places like A Beautiful Day Cafe offer a fresh take on traditional Japanese-inspired meals with creative twists, such as their chazuke collection that often features a variety of toppings and flavors. This cafe’s focus on quality and interesting food combinations makes it a notable spot among Atas Dining options in the city. Overall, A Beautiful Day Cafe has been a nice find. With a little menu check in advance, it can offer a delightful experience that balances tasty dishes like the tempura ebi chazuke and refreshing drinks like the strawberry oolong tea.
