The prenatal gummies on top of the Hair, Skin & Nails gummies have been making my nails so long and healthy and thick they use to crack this long and they havent even chipped. If you're trying to get pregnant like me I did my research and it helps boost your chances of you pop two of these every day too. Foods with folic acid — Black-eyed peas

* Lentils

* Okra

* Beef liver

* Kidney beans

* Great Northern beans

* Broccoli

* Iceberg lettuce

* Beets

* Lima beans

* Sunflower seeds

* Spinach

* Brussels sprouts

* Corn on the cob

* White rice

* Asparagus

* Baked beans

* Green peas

* Baked potato(Sweet potato is more healthy)

* Cabbage

* Avocados

* Peanuts

* Romaine lettuce

* Tomato juice

* Orange juice

* Strawberries

* Oranges

* Eggs

* Bananas

* Cantaloupe

* Mustard greens

* Cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats, Honey Nut Cheerios, Special K cereals, Rice Krispies, etc)

It also helps if your partner consumes foods/meals containing folic-acid. Try to get enough rest and water .💧 this one is crucial because most of us are busy with different schedules but at least 7-9 hours 7 being the lowest.

Tip: both you and your partner should try taking showers in lukewarm/cold water because hot showers are not as distressing as the cold ones trust me it helps calm down your nervous system for sure. It might make you squirm at first from how cold it is but once you allow yourself to hold on a little longer in the cold water you adjust and feel more alive and refreshed. Its certainly shifted my mood for the better in the past. Plus sperm thrives better in cooler temperatures so yes its a good idea.

Tip: For the chlorophyll I suggest take it after work or on a day off because you will need to use the bathroom more frequently than before. Don't be alarmed if your stool is green its perfectly normal and healthy. My experience with this was certainly noticable my face was more clear and bright. My gut health had improved. I just stopped for a while but I'm back :) and if your concerned about your vaginal health and odor this is also very good for that. 🍃
