New R&B Music ~ April Favorites! 🌸
I LOVE R&B and it’s part of my routine to always check out the “RNB Only” page on IG on Fridays to check out some new (and) old artists who dropped music that week or day. Even though NOTHING will top ‘90s R&B era 🥺 I will spend all my days trying to find artists and songs that fit that time period esthetic.
These 4 were my favorite R&B songs from last month that I discovered!
Artist: Tink
Song Title: Charged Up 🎵
Vibe: Light, Chill, Melodic
⭐️ This song is a perfect listen when you’re just chilling with your girls. I would say it’s more laidback than catchy, but definitely a relaxing vibe. Her singing style reminds me of Pink Pantheress (or Pink Pantheress reminds me of her since Tink has been out for a minute?)

⭐️ I think this song is super catchy and perfect Saturday vibe💋 It’s a simple song but those are always some of the best one in my eyes.
‼️ Chris Brown called Skylar Blatt to shoot the video for their new song at his place so she wouldn't take the money out of her pocket 💯 He did this feature for free and it helped her gain 500k monthly listeners on Spotify. It’s her first song to reach 1M streams in only two days 🔥

Vibe: Smooth, Sensual, Witty
⭐️ I LOVE THIS SONG! When I first heard it I was like “Yeah, this is certainly going on my list for the month!” It’s so smart lyrically, which makes it such a breath of fresh air 🧘🏾♀️ this song has a lot of replay value!!💋
Bryson Tiller is a perfectionist when it comes to his music and this album was very well done! I am appreciating it this project a little bit more considering he may be taking a break from music to focus on his gaming ventures.

⭐️ I wasn’t expecting to like this song as much as I did, but it’s a really good song! A nice calm vibe, I can imagine listening to this on my self care Sundays ❤️
