TBT - You’re Know These.. Right?!! 👀
I would be agog if you don’t know at least 3 of these songs.. and if you don’t, HOW did you not?? 😳
Also shout out to my best friend for inviting me to her 2015 prom where I KNOW some of these were played!
Unbeknownst to me, but apparently very obvious to my boyfriend, I was unaware that we were living in an era of incredible music across various genres!
I wish I can go back and listen to them for the first time to truly appreciate them 🥺
Most likely will do a pt 2 of this because there were TOO many iconic songs who are going to the 5th grade this year!!
〰️〰️〰️〰️
Up first….
⭐️ Artist: Adele
Song: Hello
I listened to the radio a lot (in the car and at my job) and the radio stations near me ALWAYS played this song!! It came to the point where if I had to skip it or turn it off if I had the chance.
Classic song though!!
🌟 Artists: Jack Ü & Skrillex ft. Justin Bieber
Song: Where Are U
Another song that became nauseating to hear because it was overplayed, but listening to it again today made me SOO happy!! Great song that I didn’t get to appreciate then because it was so overplayed.
🌟 Artists: Major Lazer & DJ Snake ft MØ
Song: Lean On
I vividly recall this song, would never be able to tell you the artists off hand. I never listened to this song voluntarily, it was always forced upon me 😭 but it was catchy and definitely sounds like the times.
The music video low key looks like the times too!
⭐️ Artist: Fetty Wap
Song: Trap Queen
Where did he even come from? This song was one of those songs you heard and you went go put someone else on to it, and they already heard it!! It was that 🔥 Arguably a turn up song classic & hands down a turn up song for the time.
🌟 Artists: Charlie Puth ft. Charlie Puth
Song: See You Again
I saved this one for last because this song came out when I was set to start my first year of college. I remember saying goodbye to my friend, the one pictured, before she was set to go to school and this song came to my head and made me sad when I was saying goodbye to her 😆
Very dramatic lol, but I don’t handle “losing people” well soo..
Yeah, great song, sad song, RIP Paul Walker!!
What songs am I missing?? I know there’s a ton ⬇️
