Drinking water with turmeric on an empty stomach promotes digestion and strengthens the immune system. Turmeric's active compound, curcumin, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects that support overall health. Soaking almonds overnight enhances brain function and digestion by activating beneficial enzymes and reducing antinutrients. Finally, eating papaya on an empty stomach can aid digestion with its digestive enzymes and help clear the skin by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress.
