January Journal Prompts

I usually journal/reflect in my happy planner but I haven’t brought a new one as yet ( I know I know I need to get on it)

But since the new IOS update came with the journal app which I love but feel there needs to be improvements

I use that app to journal throughout the day

So I came across this January Journal Prompt and thought this would be a perfect way to make sure I journal daily.

Todays prompt, prompt 3 was interesting to me

If I can sum up last year in one word what would it be….

As you can see this was hard for me because I came up with three words and … but they all mean the same thing overall.

Last year was difficult because of the challenges I had to face overall

I believe I set visionary arduous goals

Goals I couldn’t accomplish ( not saying I didn’t accomplish all my goals there were some that I achieved)

And I don’t feel bad about it , it just pushes me to do better this year

What about you if you had to sum up last year in one word what would it be and why
