THE BEST gluten free protein bagels🥯

These are sooooo good and so easy to make!

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups gluten free flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 tsp kosher salt (or half tsp of table salt)

1.5 cups (ish) of greek yogurt

I used nonfat greek yogurt just to be extra healthy but any greek yogurt works(usually plain but i use vanilla bean for sweet bagels), just add more to make your dough stickier if you like✨

Instructions:

preheat oven to 350

combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir a little

add in the greek yogurt and mix

for best results i recommend getting in there and mixing it with your hands and immediately rolling the dough into bagel form (i just made a ball and made a hole and stretched it)

place bagels on a baking sheet with parchment paper

bake for about 30-35 minutes for plain bagels

for seasoned bagels, you can either roll things into your dough, coat them before baking, or do an egg wash about 5 minutes after being in the oven and then bake for another 20-25

these were soooo yummy and definitely added to my protein intake for the day
