3 Things that guarantee weight loss!

These three things will change your life!!

🥦 Gut health

- when you get bloated from all your meals you need to listen I your body! Make sure you start to write down symptoms after you eat and try to notice a pattern with certain foods. For me, every time without fail after sting in n out I get super nauseous so I started to stay away from that.

I also started tracking with TUMMY GUT HEALTH and it just makes it super simple for me. I use the subscription because it’s so worth it and I don’t even have to think about anything! All I do is scan my meals hahaha

🍓 calories

- now we can start tracking calories and get into a deficit. This is when you’re eating slightly less than you usually do so you lose weight at a steady rate. Now. You don’t have to be restrictive with WHAT you eat so, you can still eat out if you really want to and make whatever food you want. (I make homemade pho all the time) but now I make it in a way it fits into a 400 calorie meal and gives me a ton of protein and you start losing weight literally in a week or two.

🧘‍♀️workout

- now make sure you’re moving and make sure you’re at least getting 8k steps a day. This is done by going on a 2 hour walk everyday. So this is the time to listen to that album! Or listen to a book or podcast. And also take baby steps by going to the gym for 30 minutes 4x a week. It’s so easy and takes the pressure off. Once you get a routine you naturally want to add more and you can stay longer for more workout time

🍛nourish

- now that we’re back from the gym, make sure you’re prioritizing protein in your meals too. The more the better but still in the calorie range. This is pretty simple. I just look up on Pinterest for ideas

🥦 tummy gut health

- I use this to track everything and even calories and all I do is scan my meal and it tells me the approximate amount so you can still do your own gauging ofc

And that’s all! Super simple and gets your results I swear!! This what I swear by lol

... Read moreFrom my personal experience, focusing on gut health is truly a game changer for weight loss. I used to struggle with bloating and discomfort after meals but once I started tracking what I ate and noting the symptoms, I pinpointed which foods didn’t agree with me. Using an app like TUMMY GUT HEALTH made this process so much easier by allowing me to scan my meals and automatically get insights on potential triggers. It takes a lot of guesswork out of the equation. Once gut issues were under control, I shifted my focus to adopting a calorie deficit without feeling deprived. Instead of restrictive dieting, I learned to adapt my favorite meals to fit calorie goals. For instance, I modified homemade pho recipes to keep them around 400 calories packed with protein. This approach helped me savor delicious food while steadily losing weight within weeks. Consistent movement is another vital habit. Turning daily exercise into a routine, like aiming for 8,000 steps per day, helped me stay active without pressure. Long walks became my time to enjoy music, audiobooks or podcasts, making exercise feel more like relaxing me-time rather than a chore. Starting with manageable gym sessions, such as 30 minutes four times weekly, made it easy to build confidence and gradually increase intensity as I got stronger. Lastly, nourishing my body with enough protein especially after workouts helped prevent cravings and supported muscle health. Searching Pinterest for creative, protein-rich meal ideas kept my diet exciting and satisfying. Integrating these habits—gut healing, calorie mindfulness, movement, and proper nutrition—can truly transform your weight loss journey and overall wellbeing.
