Not because they can’t, but because they 𝑤𝑜𝑛’𝑡 decide.

𝐴 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠．

The women who will still be in the same place this time next year aren’t lazy, unmotivated, or incapable.

They’re just 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤 in effort without leverage, doing everything alone, hoping consistency will magically turn into results.

𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒊𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒂 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒚.

Real momentum comes when you 𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑝 asking:

“How much more can I do?”

…and 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑡 asking:

“Who do I need to become, and who do I need to learn from?”

That’s leadership.

That’s leverage.

I 𝑑𝑖𝑑𝑛’𝑡 build this by working harder or sacrificing my family.

I built it by 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 mentorship, alignment, and a model that doesn’t depend on my hours.
