One thing I 𝑛𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟 expected when I started this journey was the 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 behind it all.
Our mentors don’t just teach us how to grow. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑢𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑙𝑦 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.
Recently, our 6A leaders were treated to an unforgettable trip to 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.
Then our 5A leaders spent the day in 𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐢 on a private yacht, all paid for as a way to celebrate their accomplishments.
𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝑖𝑡’𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑝𝑠．
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥. We’ve gathered in places like Chula Vista, California, Irvine, California, Orlando, Florida, and in just a couple of weeks, leaders from all over the world will be meeting in Okinawa, Japan.
What I love most is that these experiences aren’t reserved for a select few. There are clear goals, clear rankings, and opportunities 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.
The friendships, mentorship, support, recognition, and memories have become just as valuable to me as the business itself.
