I was listening to a podcast from our top leaders, Jess & Tara, and this really stuck with me.

The reason you feel ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘ข๐‘๐‘˜ right now is not because youโ€™re not working hard enough.

You need to become the ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ, the woman who ๐ ๐ž๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐ก๐ž๐ซ, the woman who ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ and starts thinking bigger!!

Because staying in the same environment, around the same conversations, with the same habits will

Put yourself in environments that stretch you.

Say yes to the things that scare you a little.

Not everyone around you will understand this. Some people will stay comfortable. Some people will compare instead of cheering for you.

They will elevate you, challenge you, and expect more from you.

... Read moreFrom personal experience, breaking through a plateau often requires more than just working harderโ€”it means shifting your mindset and your environment. I used to believe if I just worked enough, success would follow. But it wasnโ€™t until I intentionally sought out rooms filled with people who inspired and challenged me that I began truly growing. Being around high-achieving, growth-oriented individuals forced me to reconsider how I saw myself and what I was capable of. These environments stretched me, encouraged me to think bigger, and made me uncomfortable in a good way. Saying yes to opportunities that scared me helped me build confidence and develop skills I never thought I had. Itโ€™s also critical to stop playing small and stop seeking approval from people who donโ€™t share your vision. Instead, invest in yourself by learning new skills, embracing discomfort, and setting higher expectations. This is where your next level livesโ€”outside your current mindset and circle. The phrase โ€œGet in rooms that challenge youโ€ really resonates. For me, this meant attending workshops, networking with leaders in my field, and even joining communities that push me beyond my comfort zone. If you want to rise, make a deliberate effort to place yourself in such environments. Growth requires discomfort and courage, but the payoffs are profound. Remember, the right people will uplift and expect more from you. They will see your potential even when you doubt yourself. So, donโ€™t wait for a new strategyโ€”embrace a new identity and mindset to unlock your full potential and step boldly into the next version of yourself.
