rating some of my korean skincare toners ๐ฆ
i love toners to add that hydration right after washing the face, and these are some that i have and used in the past as someone with oily, acne-prone skin!
๐ฉต isntree hyaluronic acid toner โ 9/10
i loveee how hydrating this is as it goes deep into multiple layers of skin to help retain moisture for long periods. itโs lightweight and watery, but still has that slip to it, making application easy and absorption really quick! this is also such a versatile product for any skin type because itโs just meant for hydration. it lost one point from being perfect, only because itโs quite basic
๐ค ma:nyo bifida biome ampoule toner โ 10/10
this one is so good for acne-prone skin because it has soothing properties to help replenish and repair the skin barrier. thereโs also so much product in this bottle so youโre getting what youโre paying for. it has a lightweight texture that has some slip on application so it goes on nicely right after face wash
๐ abib heartleaf calming toner โ 8/10
good for calming the skin and soothing inflammation and redness, but in my opinion, the application isnโt completely ideal. it is watery in texture, but in comparison to other toners that iโve tried, i would prefer if this was on a toner pad. itโs still a good product because heartleaf is so nice for acne-prone skin
๐ฉถ haruharu wonder black rice hyaluronic toner โ 10/10
the slippery/watery texture and hydration this toner gives is sooo nice on the skin. my skin is instantly plumped after application and it absorbs well into the skin without leaving a sticky feel. itโs also mentioned as an essence because of the โthickerโ texture it has so itโs kind of like a two for one product
do you like to use toners? if so, have you tried any of these or what other brands have you used?

Toners are an essential step in many skincare routines, especially for individuals with oily and acne-prone skin. By providing hydration and balancing skin's pH levels, toners prepare the skin for better absorption of serums and moisturizers. Some of the most popular ingredients in Korean toners include hyaluronic acid, which helps to retain moisture, and heartleaf extract, known for its soothing properties. The Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner is a fan favorite due to its lightweight and highly hydrating formula, making it suitable for various skin types while delivering deep moisture. On the other hand, the Ma:nyo Bifida Biome Ampoule Toner stands out for its ability to repair the skin barrier, making it ideal for anyone dealing with breakouts or inflammation. Furthermore, incorporating toners like the Abib Heartleaf Calming Toner can help minimize redness, making it a great choice for those with sensitive skin. Lastly, the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner offers a unique 2-in-1 advantage by acting as an essence as well, giving skin an extra hydration boost while plumping the appearance. Whether you're new to toners or looking to expand your collection, these top-rated Korean skincare toners not only enhance your skincare routine but also contribute significantly to the overall health and appearance of your skin.
