probably a given, you really cannot go without this. i was on a 16 hour flight and did brush my teeth until after i got off the plane, but i noticed the plaque buildup on my teeth. i should be mindful of how long i go without brushing my teeth, but that’s why i like to carry a mini tube with me so i can get to it when i need to
