‘no makeup’ makeup routine 💄
i don’t mind using foundation to concealer if i want to achieve that medium/full coverage look, but sometimes i don’t even want to put on foundation at all
🐻 maybelline superfluff
new product, i’ve been using this and loving it when i have to do my brows. it fills in the sparse areas, brushes the brow hairs, and keeps them in place for hours. when it dries, it doesn’t feel stiff, making it comfortable for as long as you have it on. there’s also a couple shades depending on your brow hair color!
☁️ judydoll curling iron mascara
heard there was hype around this, tried it, and now i completely understand. i have straight asian lashes and american mascaras tend to weigh them down even after i curl them. there’s something in this formula that keeps the curl without it being too heavy or flaky. i also wear it for long hours and i don’t get raccoon eyes
🌸 cocokind ceramide lip blur balm
not a fan of lip products, so it’s a bit rare for me to find one that i like. cocokind just came out with this and the feel of it on the lips is so lightweight and not suffocating. it keeps my lips from getting dry and has a slight shiny finish to it. i don’t use it often, but i will pick it up if i need to protect my lips
🍇 glow recipe dewy flush
skincare and makeup in one, this adds a nice wash of color while also slightly hydrating and treating any dark spots or hyperpigmentation. you can use this after skincare or as a blush for your natural or dewy makeup look. there’s only two shades, but they’re versatile amongst many skin tones because they have a more sheer finish!

I used to think a full face of foundation was the only way to feel polished, but lately, I've fallen in love with the 'no makeup' makeup look, especially on days when I just want to feel fresh and confident without the fuss. It’s all about enhancing your natural features, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my everyday routine! If you're wondering how to achieve that effortless, natural glow without any foundation or concealer, let me share my personal tips and tricks. First things first, a great 'no makeup' look starts with great skin. Even if you're skipping foundation, ensuring your skin is hydrated and prepped will make all the difference. I always start with my usual skincare routine – cleanser, toner, serum, and moisturizer. Sometimes, I'll even add a lightweight SPF or a blurring primer if I want to minimize pores, creating a smooth canvas without adding any heavy coverage. This base routine is crucial for that fresh-faced feel. Next up, brows! They frame the face and can really define your look, even with minimal makeup. For my brows, I swear by a good brow gel. I find one that allows me to quickly fill in any sparse areas, brush my brow hairs into place, and keep them there all day. The best ones dry down without feeling stiff or crunchy, making them comfortable to wear for hours. It’s amazing how much definition you can get with just a few swipes, and many come in versatile shades to match different hair colors. Then, for my eyes, it’s all about the lashes. As someone with naturally straight lashes, I know the struggle of finding a mascara that actually holds a curl. My trick is to always curl my lashes thoroughly before applying mascara. I look for formulas that keep the curl elevated without weighing my lashes down. The right mascara will give you that wide-eyed look without clumping, flaking, or giving you dreaded raccoon eyes, even after a long day. It’s about adding subtle volume and length, not an overly dramatic effect. For a touch of healthy color, I skip powder blush entirely and go straight for a liquid or cream blush. I love products that offer a sheer, buildable finish, blending seamlessly into the skin for a natural flush. Some even have bonus skincare benefits, like helping to treat or subtly fade dark spots over time. I apply a tiny dot to the apples of my cheeks and blend it out with my fingers for the most natural, dewy effect. The key is to choose flexible shades that complement your natural skin tone, giving you that 'just pinched' look. Finally, lips! I'm not usually a big lip product person, but a good lip balm is a must for a natural look. I always opt for a lightweight, non-sticky formula that feels comfortable on the lips. I love ones that offer a subtle shine and keep my lips moisturized throughout the day, providing essential skin protection. Sometimes, a tinted balm is perfect if you want just a hint of color without the commitment of a lipstick. It’s the perfect finishing touch to keep everything looking cohesive and fresh. This whole routine takes me less than 10 minutes, making it ideal for busy mornings or days when I just want to look effortlessly put-together. It's truly transformed how I approach makeup, allowing me to embrace my natural beauty with confidence. Give it a try, and you might just find your new favorite everyday look!
